Toshiba TDP T350 Lamp hour reset
How to Reset a Toshiba Projector Lamp Timer

The lamps used in projectors have a limited lifespan and need replacement after approximately 2000 hours of use. Toshiba projectors have a lamp timer to keep you informed of how many hours your lamp has been used. When the total hours used approaches 2000, the projector displays a warning. Even if you replace the lamp, the warning will appear on the screen until you reset the lamp timer.

even technicians who are familiar with those units, before installing new lamps, they use a 'calibration unit' for that or any particular model lamp and calibrate them right after installation. If you don't have the proper calibrator and adjust them right after you installed them, you will get that result. Even experience techs come across that problem if the calibration is not done properly. Also, each lamp for a different color value, has its own calibration/sync values.

Unit not powering up. New lamp installed but

a couple of things did you reset the lamp timer? Sometimes if the panel door lamp is open or not closed you will not be able to power up. Have you tried removing the lamp and reseating it? Perhaps the fuse is blown...you will need to remove the cover and look to see. fuse should be located in the area of where you plug the power cord again you will need to remove the power cord.

New bulb installed and it takes 10 plus minutes to start

Exchange the lamp under warranty...
You've tried almost everything else.
It's not that uncommon to experience "infancy failure" with a brand new lamp.

If the problem persists with the replacements replacement then I would suspect the Lamp power supply (Ballast) is failing.
