Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Do you have a screensaver running? If so, try turning the screensaver off and adjusting the power options in control panels.

The screensaver options (for Vista) are in:

To turn on the camera first of all the Camera Drivers and the Software has to be installed. If installed you can Turn on and access the built in camera by opening the Icon located in Control Panel --> Scanners and Cameras. When you open the "Scanners and Cameras" Tool in the control panel you can find the installed In Built Camera Icon, Double Click the icon to open. Thank you for contacting Fixya.

No sound from my Toshiba lap top 2405-S221

You may want to go to the "Device Manager" or Sound Devices, find trouble shoot...or some other tab...roll back driver, it may be a bad version of your sound driver
