Question about Garden
Check the plastic screen on the bottom of the fuel pick-up tube for plugging. Check the diaphragm/gasket that joins the carburetor body to the fuel tank--it should be defect free and soft. Make sure the carburetor mounting face is not damaged or warped causing an air leak. Check the impulse line that connects from the valve cover to the carburetor (this is what pumps fresh fuel into the carburetor). Hope this helps!
