Let's start from the basics and go through the set-up.
Are you connected via HDMI? Sound should go through this connection but it could depend on your computer's output.
Are you connected via VGA (blue connector) or DVI (white connector)? These need a separate audio lead to hook up the speakers to the computer's output.
If these are ok, is the volume on the monitor up and also in the computer's sound settings? Feed the volume at full from the computer and use the monitor volume to adjust the sound levels.
Is it for all sound or specific programs that don't have sound? Check the volume mixer settings for each program running to adjust the volume for these items.
make sure you have tried the volume with the remote and the buttons on the set, if the buttons on the set work then their is a problem with the remote. if neither work then the sound circuit is bad in the set.
there are numerous volumes - in-call (which you can only increase/decrease while sspeaking to someone) media -volume (which a game or music has to be playing to change) and the phone volume (which all other programs must not be running through the volume.
Also check your settings - sounds - and make sure your phone is NOT on silent..
Go into the sound menu and make sure the speakers are set to the TV , or the audio system you are using. If they are turned on , then reset the systems sound settings to clear any previous settings . The preset volume may be set too low and you are using your surround systems volume controle? try turning up the volume on the set manualy... ?
Dear Sir .
Currently your mobile ringing tone is set at low ringing volume level.Thats why you are facing this problem. To increase your ring tone sound follow these step :
Select Menu > Settings > Tone settings and from the available
Select Ringing volume . Set Ringing volume to level 2 or above, your phone rings with the volume ascending from level 1 to the level for incoming calls.
I hope this will works for you.
Make sure the notification sound settings are working and that the volume is not turned all the way down for notifications. Go to Settings -> Sound -> Volume and make sure all the 3 sliders are up to the desired audible volume. Scroll down on the Sound Settings page and click on Notification Sound to ensure you have a sound selected.
Try the setup program. When you get to the main setup screen, look for a reset all to standard setting. That may solve the problem. If it doesn't then the sound module may need to be replaced inside the TV.
check all the settings of your sound installed....if still not maybe you installed wrong driver....
but first, check all the settings, volume control in the windows or physical volume control down in the laptop or check also Fn+ sound volume.
