Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Reinstall my nortonproduct key vt3j2ggjdrtgm8qpk4qv8p34p

Hi:
If this is your Norton Product key and you have purchased Norton. i would recommand that you first Uninstall Norton from you P{C using the NRT(Norton Removal Tool) http://download.cnet.com/Norton-Removal-Tool-SymNRT/3000-2239_4-87943.html
Once NRT has completed and the PC has rebooted. I then say reinstall Norton and you will be asked to install the product key at this time.

Good luck!

Unable to open live TV in HP PC Media Center

Look at the alerts in the security and firewall of Norton antivirus. It might be blocking it. also keep an eye on your bottom right corner when you attempt the live TV. Norton may be alerting you about the blocks in that area. Make sure you allow those connections. I would check Norton firewall and security before messing with the Windows firewall.

Norton not working properly

Uninstall Norton's, and if you have the installation disk Reinstall it. Personally Norton's is a pain in the A.., there are alot of other quirks with Nortons that you will find out about. Try changing your Anti-Virus and watch your problems disappear. Good Luck.

I got norton360 in march this year,i had it installed, and now has stopped working, dont know why can you help please,i think my cd rom has stopped working also.as i tried to re install the norton cd,not...

Have you tried the free Live Chat Support? It really works and is fairly fast. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable too. If you want to, you can turn control over to the support people and they will uninstall and reinstall right before your eyes.

Norton360 has a few querks. I've had a couple problems, including the first installation. If you can't get to the support I would suggest you download and run Nortons Removal Tool. You can get it at:

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2007080716223439?Open&docid=2005033108162039&nsf=tsgeninfo.nsf&view=docid

Then try to reinstall 360. You will have to have your CD Key or hopefully you registered with Symantec, in which case they can authenticate your program. After you reinstall it make sure you run LiveUpdate several times. It seems it takes a few tries before it gets everything up to date.

If indeed your CD is not working, you can still download 360 from Symantec, install it and authenticate it if you're registered.

(BTW, if you have Version 1.0, you can upgrade to Version 2.0 for free.)

I cannot get my norton to come up to see if its working.

go to add/remove programmes and see if norton is in there, if so it is still installed but may need to repair, click on the right where it says remove and the option to repair or remove will appear, as long as you have the initial installation disc; insert and follow the the instructions.

Please note, after the reinstall/repair, you may have to update Norton, but your copy will still be valid as long as it is upto date

firstly, edit your question above and remove your product key, as this could cause you trouble down the road more and people see it, copy it down and then stasrt using copies of this program for free using your product key. Secondly, Norton support will be able send you the file again so that you can complete the process.

Cannot reinstall Norton Internet security because Live Update is running.

From the Start Menu select 'Run' (or press Window Key + R)

Type 'services.msc' (without the quotes) and hit Enter.

Scroll down the list until you find 'LiveUpdate'. Right-click and select 'stop'.

This will stop Live Update and will hopefully allow you to reinstall the software.
