All you have to do is to increase the the receiving volume of the phone, the easiest way to do this is to use another person phone to call your own number, After you pick the call, use the left side or the right side key at the center of the phone to increase the volume of the receiving volume of the phone. this is the best and easy to go about this .Good luck and hope this helpout......
