Why does it shut off if I use the middle burner at high, and other burners at any temp at the same time?

have an accredited electrician check the unit for a problem in the current usage when all burners are running ( elements shorting out through failing insulation, excessive resistance etc)
The circuit breaker should have sufficient capacity for all burners on at full heat but if one is shorting out through a developing fault , that may be exceeding the breaker capacity

Water heater is kicking switch in upper unit

typically when the upper braker pops in an electric water heater, it is an indication that the upper element has been breached, allowing water into it and shorting out the unit. the breaker prevents electrical disaster.

turn off the power to the unit via the breaker box, remove one power lead from the upper element, and with a multimeter, make a resistance check. Should read somewhere close to 14 ohms. If you get a significantly higher reading or significantly lower reading, the element is bad and needs to be replaced.

To replace the element you will need a socket wrench that fits the element. prepare your replacement assembly by seating the seal to the base of the element. Ensure the power is off, remove the second wire from the element, shut off the water supply valve, check that the pressure is off by turning on a hot water faucet near the unit and shut it off when the water stops running.

Be prepared to move quickly as water will come from the heater when you remove the old element, but not so much if you are ready for it. I typically lose less than 2 cups of water changing elements. Unscrew the old element pull it out and immediately insert and begin threading the replacement. tighten it until no water can be seen seeping past the seal.

SLOWLY open the water supply valve, sudden pressurization can cause other plumbing issues. When you hear the water stop running, check your new element for water seepage, tighten if necessary. Dry the area and reconnect the wires to the element.

now reset the power breaker. Some noise is to be expected as the elements heat the water to normal operating temperature, run a nearby faucet, hot side, to purge and air from the system.

You should be good to go.

REMEMBER: Power off FIRST, then water... do repairs... water on...SLOWLY.... Power on LAST. Stay safe out there

How to wire tempra 24 plus

1) Copy following link for wiring tankless electric water heater:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Tankless-electric-water-heater.html

2) Look at label on side of unit for total KW

3) Product manual shows 24 Kw or 24,000 watts
24,000 watts divided by 240 volts = 100 amps
So your service panel must be about 250Amp rating to support this tankless electric water heater.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Tempra_tempra-plus-Tankless-electric-water-heater-manual.pdf

4) Look inside the unit to see how many L1L2 terminals show.
You should have two sets L1L2 terminals
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Terminals-2-tankless-200.jpg

5) You need TWO 60 amp double pole breakers to supply power to this unit.
This means you need TWO #6 wires from one breaker going to L1L2.
And you need TWO MORE #6 wires from 2nd breaker to other set of L1L2 terminals.

Water got extremely hot and then tripped a breaker. now if i reset the breaker and turn on the hot water switch on the wall, all is good. but when i turn the switch on the hot water heater itself it trips...

Sounds like you have a short in wiring for 120VAC system of water heater. Shut breaker at panel off, and remove cover on back of water heater to look for any burnt wiring at connections such as switch, or thermostat/eco assembly.

Power was shutoff to house at pole all breakers were off.power restored breakers turned on took ashower next day no hot water breaker tripped will not reset water heater reset doesnt work either i have a...

according to your problem, the power was cut to the house; then power was restored and everything went back on that was on except the hot water heater. when you tried to reset the water heater breaker, it wouldn't reset. the hot water heater also won't reset. the problem is not w/the breaker, the problem is w/the hot water heater. you need to buy a new reset for the hot water heater which means a new control unit, since the reset is hooked to the contol unit. this is answered by an electrician w/35 yrs experience. the breaker controls the hot water heater. since the breaker won't reset, the problem lies in the control unit for the hot water unit.

OUR WATER HEATER IS BLOWING FUSES ..

1) Turn off power before touching water heater that is shorting or wet or was flooded.
2) Circuit breakers & fuses blow because of heat. A short will cause heat. Tighten screws on terminals inside box, listen for crackling sound/burning smell from loose-fitting parts.
3) Easy test for circuit breakers: move water heater wires to another same-size breaker. If same-size does not blow, then problem is breaker.
4) A short between fuse box and water heater could be gnawed electrical wire. Inspect wire.
5) Wires have size markings. 5500 watt water heater needs #10 wire. 4500 watt water heater needs #10 wire but can work with smaller #12 if distance is not long. See label on side of heater for wattage, voltage, etc. Element wattage is water heater wattage even with 2 elements.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Figure-Volts-Amps-Watts-for-water-heater.html
6) Short inside water heater can be elements or thermostat. Open covers and inspect parts for burning. Screws should be very tight against copper wire. Sediment could fill bottom of water heater cause lower element to short.

The hf flashes and i cleaned all the screens it fixed for a few days and still does it

LF Error code: LF stands for long fill and occurs when the water level does not change for a period of time after the valves are turned on.

All washers are designed to operate with a water supply pressure of 20-100 PSI. When the pressure drops below 20 PSI the washer can have the following problems:

* Slow Fill- low water pressure reduces the speed at which water flows into the machine.
o Verify the pressure at all other water sources in the house (i.e. sinks, showers, etc..). If you find other places where the pressure is low, the problem is not with the machine but with the water supply.
* Continuous Fill- The valve may not fully seat under 20 PSI which would allow for a constant flow even when the machine is not supposed to be filling.
o Contact the water company to verify the pressure being supplied to the house.
* dispenser- Needs a minimum amount of pressure to function. May dispense constantly, at the wrong time, or not at all.
o A plumber may need to be consulted if the pressure is found to be too low.

Things you can check :

* Are the Hot and Cold water faucets turned on
* Are the water hoses kinked
o Make sure all the hose are straight and able to flow water
* Are the screen inside the water valve plugged
o Inlet valve should be free of debris and rust.
o Turn off water and remove the inlet hoses from washer.
o Remove any accumulated film or particles.
o Assure rubber washers are in the end of each inlet hose.
o Reinstall hoses, turn on water and check for leaks.

Error codes can be caused by a Power Surge or other electrical anomaly, attempt to return the washer to operation by following the Hard Reset procedure below.

1. Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds.
2. Reconnect the unit to the power source by turning the breaker back on or plugging the unit back into the wall outlet.
3. Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the display.
4. Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts
