This appears that you probably have a serious leak in the system. You will need to find this leak repair it. Then recharge the system.

check the a/c unit. make sure you dont have any leaks around your system. sometimes when you have a small leak it will take time to lose out of system. but you may need to charge your unit up again. Also your compressor may be out of service. check and make sure compressor is running

Have you checked your air filter(s)? Is the fan running? A weak capacitor will make a fan run slower sometimes. Also try turning the fan by hand while its off and make sure it spins freely. If its hard to turn you probably need a new fan motor.
