Simple, get AVG Free form www.grisoft.com and install it on the infected PC. Run the Scan My Computer tool afterwards and rest of the Job will be worked out by that AntiVirusproGramme.

No sound device

No Sound Device notification suggests that your Sound Card Driver had corrupted due to some sort of file deletion process or change in your registry. (Which could be due to a virus attack).

1 - First and foremost, if your PC is feeling a bit sluggish, download and install a free anti-virus like Avira, from this link:
http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus

2 - Check your system for possible viral infection.
3 - Clear or delete any suspicious files.

Now if there is no viral infection and Avira declares your PC free from any mal-ware then go on

1 - Remove the previous installation of your Sound Card Driver using Revo Uninstaller Portable, it can be downloaded from the following link.
http://www.revouninstaller.com/download/revouninstaller.zip

2 - It would ensure that no previous installations of that driver are intact.
3 - Reinstall the sound card driver.

Hopefully it would help you solve your problem.

Thanks for using FixYa.

I CAN NOT COPY OR DELETE THE FILES OF MY USB

Your USB flash drive is either infected with a Virus or your Drive is Write Protected.

Scan your flash drive for Mal-ware and Viruses using an Up to date scanner.

Be sure to check that the drive is not on Write Protect mode.
However under Write Protect mode you should be able to copy file from your USB flash drive.

Also try the drive in another computer just to be sure it's not the drive that faulty.

Trojans an worms

Use a good and updated Antivirus software to Scan, detect, remove and quarantine Trojans and worms and other Viruses or Mal wares. Trojans are sent by hackers to steal information to different machine from external media to invade your privacy. The worms are also intended toward destroying the data on machines and to cause problems. Worms can multiply themselves on machines and are somewhat slow to infect.

Crashing or freezing while playing

If a software (including a game) is crashing and freezing there can be one or more of the following reasons.
  1. Your computer is infected. Get a good Anti virus and clean your PC after updating the Anti Virus.
  2. You have insufficient RAM. Check your RAM and CPU performance in Task Manager if you are using Windows. Just Right click your task bar at the bottom and select Task manager and the check the performance of your RAM if it is being utilized more that 70-95%. You may be low in RAM. You should get rid of any Mal ware or Viruses before you perform this test.
  3. Get registry cleaning software to improve performance of your machine.
  4. The software that gets stuck might be incompatible with your PC. Check the software documentation to make sure the requirements of the software is provided by your machine.

Have Windows XP. Recently when starting up get windows alert from task bar that my PC maybe at risk since no firewall found. My virus software does not have a firewall , but Windows does and it is...

If you are getting this message alert "Your PC maybe at risk no firewall is found" than you do not have worry about anything unless you have a very sensitive information in your PC and you are aware of a threat that emerged before.
Most of the intrusion in PCs occur through Mal ware (Viruses) and if you have a good anti virus installed and it is updated than you do not have to worry about anything. Windows firewall can cause problems with many software communication with internet like download and upload of data. One recent problem that I have found is with download and installation of Adobe Air. The Windows firewall offers problems in this.

I hope I have answered your question.

I am unable to use any features in my control panel or download any software or fix it tools

Try rebooting in Safe Mode (push F8 during boot up) and see if you can access your control panel.Run your virus software and Mal ware software while your at it.Sounds like you've got a virus. If you find a virus quarantine it,then turn off your restore function so that when you reboot the virus doesn't reload itself from that portion of your hard drive.

My hidden files are not visible.i have tried through tool ,folder option, but no result.plzz help me..thanks?

Hi, to see your hidden files in winXPsp2, go to regedit, find:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\Hidden\SHOWALL    and there value "CheckedValue = 0"   If there is "0", change it to "1"
This kind of problem normally comes after your PC was infected by trojans, mal.,addw., etc. Even after removing (I'm using Spyware Doctor, one of the best & NOD32 antivirus) of infection some times this reg value still staying in the incorrect "0" so just change it.
