I am assuming you lost power to the house while the dishwasher was running. The power is back but ou are not able to start the top drawer. Is that correct?

Was the top drawer operating at the time the power went off? Are you able to pull the drawer out?
Do any lights turn on when you press the Start button?

It would have been more helpful in solving your dishwasher problem if you had provided some more details in response to my questions rather than a silience and a 2 finger rating.

I was quite sure it is the thermal relay that has tripped in the top drawer - but I wanted to be sure I was clear what you meant by does not power up.

The only way to replace the thermal relay is to change the whole heater assembly.

Please change your rating to what this solution deserves.

I recently switched a master power window switch,,bad ground,,and only the drivers window worked I also had a draw on the battery which turned out to be a short in the radio which had displayed and on and...

radio can get power from 2 sources.. the memory wire and the ignition wire(key-on)..if these are causing a dead battery after sitting for a bit..without much cost you can get a battery cut off switch that will cut all power to the car..only thing is.. all the memory in the car gets wiped out each time you shut it off. these are made for big rvs to keep the main starting battery isolated from the static batteries that run the rv equipment..

Fuel problems

When it stalls out, remove both fuel filters and drain them into a measuring can. Take measuring can and see if contents fill even 1 filter. Then you will know if the filters are running dry and the engine is fuel starved.
It kinda sounds like you are losing fuel draw. As RPM climbs, the draw can not keep up above idle. Could be that fuel pump is playing out.
Other consideration is that problems are in high gear where RPM drops after advancing through gear range. Could be that there is a problem with the Crankshaft counter failing to Cue enough fuel for a load at Low RPM.
Think that experimenting with Downshifting or disengaging Overdrive when engine bogs, may provide clue.
Also check if engine has EGR, some only work in top gear, and as Diesels have Vacuum pumps, a failure could create stalling if EGR leaks.

I'll explain the part. The manifold runner is like a venetian blind. It is suppose to move to change drawing air into different cavities under the Intake manifold. Sometimes the system works with Vacuum and sometimes with Electric solenoids.
If you see small pods or solenoids going through the Intake, the external solenoid or pod may be your problem. The plastic clip on these parts can break.
Also since your stereo was changed, and solenoids can be Electric powered, someone may have cut the power to the Bank 1 intake runner solenoid when they installed the radio.

Flood switch is at the very bottom underneath the bottom draw in the base floor.Unplug cord.Open bottom draw all the way & squeeze a towel or sponge under the draw & soak up the water..The washer should work now..Why did it flood in first place?
Check that dishes are not stacked higher than top edge of the draw otherwise it can't seal.this can happen when children are asked to stack the dishwasher.Another cause is some models the seal is an inflatable tube that seals the top edge of the draws,it gets cut or sliced buy a plate that was stacked to high when you closed the draw.there should be no clunk of dished hitting when the draw is closed.

Timer buzzer sounds continually, how do i disable it?

Hi, If you just want to eliminate it and not replace it now anyway, just raise the top, if it is elect, be sure you turn off the power or unplug it, and then mark or draw you a little diagram for future use and remove the wiring. If you need to cut the wires then do this and tape the ends before you plug it back in. Its just an annoying timer, that you can replace with a counter top. Good Luck,
