Question about Maytag MAH6700AWW Neptune Front-Load Washer
My Indesit WIDL 126 fills with water when the machine is not even on a cycle. If I leave it for long enough it can even spill out of the doorway. I have to bail out the water periodically to stop this from happening.
An engineer came round and said it was because my drainage pipe was positioned wrongly, but the problem persists.
It drains fine after a cycle, but if I don't put a wash on for a few days, it fills up of it's own accord.
Electric inlet valve doesn't close properly. You should get it replaced ASAP. It is a cheap part and quite easily replaceable. Turn off water to your machine until you fix this and keep it unplugged.
