If you want to reset DSC-W30, press Menu and go to Initialize, select it and press OK
Camera will be RESET and go to factory default settings.

you can download the pictures in a very easy way by using a card reader. buy one and take the memory card out of the camera and put it inside the reader.
it has a USB connection and does not need a driver.

No. It's solely a digital stills camera with some video recording capability, but lacks the circuitry necessary to output a live view image to any external sources.
