Our machine takes outgoing faxes into memory but no longer sends them automatically. They remain in the memory with no action taken.
What do you think the problem is and is there a solution??

Thank you for your comments and yes we can send faxes without memory use.
But because of the great number of faxes sent per day we like to use the memory which has suddenly stopped working

massage in memory, but nothing print and can't sent fax and rec.
How to clean memory?

press the monitor button and check for a dial tone thats the first step. have you had any changes to phone system or internet recently. you could also prees the memory button and try to send a fax directly without memory use, you should hear it dial then connect and send.
