Hi,

May be your ear volume may be set to LOW.

To increase the volume while on call press right navigation key to increase the volume and press left navigation key to reduce the volume.

Thanx

I get the signal but listening very low Listening low noise and the voice is very low

This radio has a mic check. Turn on radio with out mic plugged in when you plug it in the volume should increase.

Possible causes.
  1. Solder or wire in mic cord broken.
  2. Bad switch in mic .....Astatic mics are bad for this

When i call someone they can hear me but i cant hear them what should i do

Hi

first ill suggest if your phone is under warnety then kindly go for support from where you buy, it is much better to utilize your warranty claims on first priority. If your warranty is expire then do the following steps

  1. On the side panel of your phone their is volume key button for increasing or decreasing voice check weather it is not too much low by increasing the volume
  2. you can also check your phone speaker by recording your own voice in , just find this icon in your main menu da6b529.jpg Record your own voice and listen if you are getting your voice clear. or play any ring-tone if your listening any sound from the speaker that mean your speaker is okey.
Note : we often get these problem in mobile communication that we can listen voice of a caller or caller cant able to listen our voice it is because of the disturbance in communication signals, or low signals in high traffic areas.

From all of the above attempts you still not getting any voice from your phone speaker then might be your speaker is not working and you have to replace it , contact authorized samsung hardware support and change your phone speaker .

Thanks

When the phone is on speaker it the voice on the receiving end and my voice break up?

This is the noise cancelling technology - meant to prevent feedback between your phones mic and the speaker. Try listening in very quiet room with the phone on a low volume, and see if it helps.
