Question about Kenmore 73952 Gas Dryer
Both the flame detect and the igniter has to have continuity. If it work a little bit but quits then the solenoids are getting hot and failing. A common problem on gas dryersIf you aint got any heat at all and all of the gas assembly stuff is fine, then you needs to check the safetys thermodiscs for continuity. These thermodiscs called Klixons mount where the air temp can effectively bend the bi-metal inside and kill the circuit. First is to check that you are getting 220 volts next thing to check is the hi the low relays and the run fuse if it has a run fuse you do this by doing continuity test on these parts finally do same test on your heater this shoudl tellyou why its not getting hot hope this helps lastly there is also a wire that runs to your timer but rarely i find that this is the problem out of maybe 1000 dryer fixes happend 1 time with wire
