My Kodak EasyShare Z1012 IS is freezing when ever i turn it on and the lens wont go back into the camera fully. I dont have warently on it and i dont know what to do

I have had this problem, and found that my battery was too low to use the camera. Try to charge the battery, or change it, and see if this helps.

there should be a button on the back of the camera with a red dot on it. push to record, push again to pause.

First of all, it's not a good idea to leave that many pictures on a card for any length of time...they may get corrupted. Download to your computer more often. As for your present problem, take the card to a store that has a Kodak picture maker machine (like Walmart). Usually, all the pictures will show up ok and you can print them or even make a cd of them.

When I turn on my Kodak Z1012 I get an L03 error and camera will not function.


I have the same problem in my Kodak Z8612 and I took it to the service center. They told me its a Lense error and the lense has to be replaced.
