Question about MTX (SLH-T7512X2-A) Car Speaker
I have two MTX Audio Thunder 5500 12" Subwoofers that will not work period. Hook it up and absolutely nothing happens. No pop, no noise, no distortion, nothing! Could it be the voice coils or am i just completely out of luck??
Actually, you could be in luck.
If you are getting 'absolutely nothing', it could be something simple. Open it up (carefully) and make sure the wires are secure on both the speaker and the inner connection leads.
I've come across several this has happened to that were brand new.
