I have kic KB325B it does not get cold - when listen at back it sounds like water running

please unplug it and get it to a tech. Sounds like he timer is shot and could be dangerous.

if this is for ice maker this is how its done. run the line through the floor in back of fridge to a cold water pipe. closest to where fridge sits.

Turn off the cold water supply to the pipes.

Attach a pipe clamp to the cold water pipe.

Screw a packing nut into the cold water pipe. Turn the packing nut until it punctures and taps into the pipe. Attach ¼-inch copper tubing to the outlet valve on the packing nut using a compression nut. Make certain the valve is closed before you secure the packing nut.

Attach the copper tubing to the intake connection using a compression nut. to back of fridge,

Turn on the cold water supply.

Turn on the outlet valve on the packing nut.

the kit should have directions with it. good-day !

Go to www.super-electric.com and send them a message about your problem. They have parts. I can't tell you if they will help you or not, I have just emailed them today as well. I have both sides of my 1 year old water cooler leaking, model W074DRF11BQD. (from Zellers) I have hardwood floors and I would rather throw this unit away than risk water damage. If anyone is reading this and thinking of purchasing one of these Bellagio water coolers, spend your money elsewhere - THEY LEAK!. My husband is very handy and has just spent 2 hours on it with NO success. The parts are defective - this unit is NOT full of complex working parts. One plastic part causes pressure on the valve and causes a leak(s). After light usage and nothing damaging it, 8 months old one side went and the other side has been leaking for a couple of days and we are just coming up to a year. If anyone else had this problem and fixed it, I would love to hear the solution.

Howdy. I'm guessing you have a new refridgerator with a built in ice maker. although I don't know what the overflow pump might be, the running water sound is likely the ice tray filling.

If the running water sound is continuous, then there is a problem and the water valve that supplies the fridge should be shut off. By now you have likely turned down the temp in the freezer section a little, so I will move on to tell you that the new fridges are mostly ridiculously loud and make as many as 30 different, unsettling noises. Many will even be so bold as to mention this in the user's guide. Ideally, once it has settled in, made its bucket full of ice and come down to happy temps, it will quiet down a little. All you can do is keep it as full as possible , as this helps it stay cold better and is more efficient.
