This mother board will work if we have a compatible processor like Intel Core2 Duo, Intel Pentium D, Intel Pentium 4.But the processor should be greater than 2.99Ghz if the processor is less than this then it will to work.Dual core processor means there will be two processors working

probleme with your processor ! i think !! i have the same prob with core 2 duo E7400 ! but with pentiem 4 3Ghz it's work great :)

check your hard drive and make sure it's connected properly and set for master, not slave.

thats a intel core 2 duo not a mother board ? find the mother board number ....

No display of Mother Boad, because change the Ram

Beep codes are usualy heard when there is a problem with either your display card or your RAM.

Your problem could possibly be a faulty CPU.
Does your CPU work in another board, or can you try another CPU in your board?
