White screen problem in acer aspire 4710

hi
i've problem in my acer aspire 4710 laptop .it screen suddenly turns white while working or on moving the lid.i've 2 restart it again n again..please give me ny solution 2 dis problem..also when i attach tv tuner card 2 it sound doesnt come.it just displays channels..i'll appreciate ur reply.plz help me

Apprenticehi jatti,
when ur monitor turns white, just u close the monitor part then open it agin, now u can find the login screen.. no need to restart every time..

to your first question, I think you've problem with cable or connecter insidee your monitor.You've to fix this fast,cos it can create big problem to your monitor.
to your second question is ,you have to test that you do have sound in windows program like winamp or Windows media player or not. Incase you do have sound in those program then your sound card is working fine. Then you've to check you tuner program for a mute control on sound setup . Incase if you still have problem with your tuner then maybe you have to specify which brand and model tuner card.
