How do I fix the motor pulley

try and source a replacment belt shive from a supplier , thats not really for drill presses but would work equally well (like a HVAC system) , just match the outside diameter and the inside (shaft) diameter , and the steps for the differerent speeds , or u might try to repair old one , theres lots of new low temp metal repair products now even 2 part epoxys that hold up quite well

The car vibrates when in drive while at a stop. What would cause this ?

Vibration at idle brings to mind a few suspects:

    transmission mount(s) broken/missing
    transmission internally worn
    motor mount(s) broken/missing

    (1) transmission internally worn or transmission mount broken/missing - test this by shifting into neutral at the next stop light. If the vibration disappears when you disengage the transmission, then the transmission is the source of the vibration. You'll have to inspect the transmission mounts - if they're ok, then the transmission is internally worn and can no longer smoothly "slip" while idling in drive.
    (2) motor mount broken/missing - also test this by shifting into neutral at the next stop light. If the vibration persists, then the transmission is exonerated, and the vibration is coming from (under) the engine. The rubber part of motor mounts commonly crack/break and or pop out and are lost.

    Manila landline

    Hi there,

    Habe a good day.

Are you asking for the area code here in Manila?

If you are calling within metro manila, just dial the phone number from a landline or (02)+Phone Number from a mobile phone. If you're calling outside Metro Manila, you should use (02)+Phone Number.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you for using fixya.

    Hello,

Sorry but the only service center listed in the Philippines is in Quezon.

    COMPEX INTERNATIONAL INC
    Telephone: 63-2-7110288
    Fax: 63-2-7110627
    Email: service@compexinternational.com

However....there are several outlets for Compex. I do not know if these outlets do repairs.

Here is the website listing all of the outlets in Philippines, 2 of which are in Manila.

What is the area code of intramuros manila with telephone nos.523-6042;522-9223. thank you.

    Welcome to FixYa.

Hello Vhie, the area code for Metro Manila, Philippines is 02. If you are outside Metro Manila and would like to call the numbers you mention, direct dial should be 025236042 / 025229223.

If you are outside of the country, you have to include the Country Code which is 063.

    The format would be:

    Outside the country: 63025236042
Outside Metro Manila but within the Philippines: 025236042

Thank you for using FixYa. Have a great day.

My Chrysler 300m is vibrating (minor shaking because it's more than a vibrate) when i'm idling and drinking gas like crazy. About 8-9 months ago the timming belt went out and I got it and the water pump...

Please use a different shop in the future. The fact is if that timing belt broke while the motor was running you most definitely bent a valve or two if not all of them. The 300M didn't use no contact or lock up valves which would have locked them up out of the way when the belt broke. The mechanic that did the repair should have had the head pressure tested and inspected all of the valves. It is possible the problem you are having is a few valves not operating properly however a more likely source is going to be a Crank position sensor or Cam position sensor that is damaged or the internal anti-knock assembly isn't in time with the rest of the motor. There is a slim possibility that when he did the repair he removed the motor and then failed to get it positioned correctly in the motor mounts or possibly didn't get the base cross connecting plate put up correctly as far as being tightened and torqued in. Do a compression check and leak down test on the cylinders to make sure you don't have a leaking valve then start looking at the other items. I seriously recommend you use a different shop than the one that did the timing belt because at this point there should be no question about the valves or rings in that motor. Since the motor was opened up they should have replaced the rings and checked the valves before they ever put it back together.

most drill presses use a capacitor start motor with internal switching . a variable speed control will not work most rely on step pulleys for speed control. possibly you could have blown your capacitor

Kawasaki 840079 Green 19.2 Volt Cordless Drill Just stop working

It is possible that you overloaded it in high range and maybe stalled it out. Usually when the motor burns it is from overloading/overheating. If this is a newer tool I would try and take it back for warranty repair and not say anything about the smell. Its worth a try, some of the motors for the cordless tools are around 50-60 dollars
