Question about Computers & Internet

You did not give the operating system so I will just have to guess that its windows based.
You also forgot to say what it was you were installing.
Many laptops are inadequate for high end games so if it is a game and your laptop supports changing the grahics card (not many do) then that is where I would start.
If it is a cad based program then it may be short on memory (ram) and that is quite easy to upgrade.
Sorry I cannot be more specific but you didnt give me much to go on

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
