Question about Arris SURFboard SBG900 Wireless Router (DHSBG900)
Use a wired connection to the router and get the local IP address for the router. Usually something like 192.168.2.1
You type the routers local address into a browser search window or address bar and you end up on the setup page for the router.
There you can reset the password and make a lot of other changes.
