I have nokia 6020.my mobile wants puk code.but i do not know.now what should i do?

In order to get your PUK code you need to call t-mobile, their number is 18009378997. Once you get to a rep, verify your account with them by providing your phone number. After this is done just tell them you need your PUK code and they will give it to you.

Chandru, There is no PUK for a Nokia 6020. It is a SIM function. The default is 00000000 (eight zeros). If you have already used wrong one more than five times then only your service provider can give you a new PUK. So, call up the helpline of your service provider and ask them.

Your nokia 6020 doesn't have problem. It's your sim card. If you still have your simcard packaging, the PUK code is written their inside it's brochure. Or you can also go to your mobile phone network and ask its PUK code. Or simply buy a new simcard with the same network company. Thank you
