I haven't heard bluetooth as a verb much, but if you want to sync your phone to your computer over bluetooth, get a bluetooth adapter for the PC and install that.
If you want something particular, describe it really well for yourself, share a few characteristic lines here in a question about bluetooth networking or some relevant category, and then briefly see if you can answer the question yourself with an (even shorter) search on Yahoo or Google or Dogpile or Answers.com or such; then share the solution here, please.

How do I get my WiFi from phone to connect to my

I don't completely understand what you are trying to do:
1. Use the wifi connection of the phone for the e-machine ?
2. Exchange photos or data from your phone to the computer via wifi ?

1. To use the data connection of your phone your phone needs another connection with the computer. I searched your manual and your machine has no Bluetooth adapter installed, so I don't think that is possible. But by buying this adapter:
Nano USB to Bluetooth Dongle V2 0
you can connect to Bluetooth with your phone and use the data connection of your phone.

2. To exchange data from your phone to your computer using wifi:
For iPhone:
Sync your iPhone iPad and iPod touch with iTunes using Wi Fi

For Android:
How Can Transfer Data from My Android Tablet Mobile Using WiFi Instead...
Be aware that this can only work on your own network, that is using your own router. Do not do this over a public network a if you do not want other people to be able to receive your files also.

There is no bluetooth instaled on my pc! where can i download it?

Bluetooth is not software, but hardware. Cell phones come with bluetooth built in, so all you have to buy is the bluetooth headset. But computers never come with bluetooth as far as I know. You can buy a sound system for your computer that works over bluetooth frequencies, but that is not built into the computer. If you wanted to use a hands free headset on a computer, you have to buy the bluetooth receiver as well, and plug it into the USB port.

Can I connect to my phone which has Bluetooth. My phone is a Samsung Fascinate. I connected at work to my Mac but don't know if this computer is capable of Bluetooth.

Your eMachines desktop does not have bluetooth embedded like your Mac does. However, you can buy inexpensive USB Bluetooth adapters that will let your phone connect to your desktop via Bluetooth.

My computer says everything is in order regarding bluetooth, however my phones ask me for passcodes; where do I get these. Thanks

Bluetooth Passcode key is the key which you assign, so if it's the first connection between your computer and bluetooth device, give anything like 11 or 11111 or 0000 whatever that suits you and you'll need to give the same code on both the computer and the bluetooth device. This is only for security which means to securely connect between the two devices only not with the unauthorized devices or unknown connections.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Plantronics 520 headset I want to be able to answer my home phone with the headset

Not sure if the '520' is a wireless headset for cell phones, or if it comes with a base transmitter unit and is made for desk phone. If it is designed for cell phone, then you have to have some sort of bluetooth transmitter for the PC phone (note that wireless is not the same as bluetooth). Check your computer store for small bluetooth adapter that plugs into USB port of computer.

How do you bluetooth pictures from Sony Ericsson W805i onto your computer?

Hi,
Try and find out if your computer is fitted with Bluetooth if so it should have some software to allow you to download from your phone. If not try this software.
http://www.download.com/Bluetooth-File-Sender/3000-2056_4-10616792.html?tag=mncol&cdlPid=10622661
If your computer does not come with Bluetooth you will need a blue tooth dongle.
http://shop.ebay.co.uk/items/__bluetooth-dongle_W0QQ_nkwZbluetoothQ20dongleQ20QQ_cqrZtrueQQ_nkwuscZbluetoothQQ_nkwuscZdoggleQQ_trksidZm38
Then its a matter of installing the dongle, the software that comes with it, (or use the above) Swith your Bluetooth "on", on your phone. Try with no security settings and make your phone visible. You should now be able to transfer files. There is a easier way, purchase a USB card reader for your memory chip inside your phone. Remove the chip from the phone, insert it into the card reader, insert that into your computer. Then use the normal file manager to cut, copy, paste file across.
Best of luck

I would like to know if my laptop has settings for bluetooth entrance and how to get there?

What Is Bluetooth? blob1.gif Well it isn't some strange form of tooth decay as you might initially imagine. Bluetooth is the name of a new technology that is now becoming commercially available. It promises to change significantly the way we use machines.

Take a look around Look around you at the moment, you have your keyboard connected to the computer, as well as a printer, mouse, monitor and so on. What (literally) joins all of these together?, they are connected by cables. Cables have become the bane of many offices, homes etc. Most of us have experienced the 'joys' of trying to figure out what cable goes where, and getting tangled up in the details. Bluetooth essentially aims to fix this, it is a cable-replacement technology

2 How? Conceived initially by Ericsson, before being adopted by a myriad of other companies, Bluetooth is a standard for a small , cheap radio chip to be plugged into computers, printers, mobile phones, etc.A Bluetooth chip is designed to replace cables by taking the information normally carried by the cable, and transmitting it at a special frequency to a receiver Bluetooth chip, which will then give the information received to the computer, phone whatever.

3 How about ? That was the original idea, but the originators of the original idea soon realised that a lot more was possible. If you can transmit information between a computer and a printer, why not transmit data from a mobile phone to a printer, or even a printer to a printer?. The projected low cost of a Bluetooth chip (~$5), and its low power consumption, means you could literally place one anywhere.

4 Ideas, ideas... With this viewpoint interest in Bluetooth is soaring, lots of ideas are constantly emerging, some practical and feasible e.g.: Bluetooth chips in freight containers to identify cargo when a lorry drives into a storage depot, or a headset that communicates with a mobile phone in your pocket, or even in the other room, other ideas not so feasible: Refrigerator communicating with your Bluetooth-enabled computer, informing it that food supply is low, and to inform the retailer over the internet.

5 The future, this website Whatever the ideas, Bluetooth is set to take off. To be honest it's going to be forced down the consumers necks, whether they want it or not, as too many companies have invested in it. This website is generally geared towards the technical issues surrounding Bluetooth, and its implementation in real life. But free feel to have a look around anyway, and see why this technology will have such a big impact on our lives. If you're a complete beginner & you want to know more go to the other pages on the website: the Tutorial has a reasonably in-depth guide to Bluetooth (can be quite technical in parts though), our members-only Download** page has some more general introductions to Bluetooth to download. Also check out the Resource Center, Articles, Glossary & Knowledge Base to further enhance your Bluetooth education. There are also related Resource Centers on IEEE 802.11 WiFi Wireless LANs, HomeRF, GPS, SyncML, ZigBee and other mobile and wireless technologies. Enjoy!
