you need to buy unfreeze codes if its network locked. First be sure that your phone is network locked. If you want to use your phone to any network worldwide then unlock your network.

Need unlock code for samsung GT-E1190. Im in australia and its locked to vodaphone need to use telstra sim

Unlocking helps to remove the network lock..So that you can use with other GSM Network sim card in it.IMEI Number is Unique for every mobile..IMEI means International Mobile Equipment identity.Using the IMEI you can identify the mobile phone model...It's unique for every phone. It will not same...While Unlocking you need to specify the brand ,model ,network, country it's locked now ,IMEI number
S/N is RF1C57WBP7B is serial number..
You can get the Unlock code for SAMSUNG E1190 model Phone at
Classicunlocking.com/samsung-e1190/rs17wp9/ and Unlock it from Vodafone network lock..Then use with Telstra Australia or any gsm network from any Countries.

Tocco lite phone freeze deactivate fail

here is some info on PUK codes:

try taking battery and SIM out waiting 15 seconds and powering cell back on.

In your case I believe your SIM is now FROZEN or locked. You mostlikely will need to purchase a new SIM card.

A PUK code (Pin Unlock Key) is required when you enter an incorrect PIN 3 times. After entering the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will be locked and you will need to get a PUK code from your service provider to unlock it.

If the wrong PUK code is entered ten times in a row, the SIM card becomes invalid and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display "PUK blocked call operator".

Unlock telstra N95

If its just SIM locked, you will need to contact your service provider (ie Optus/Vodafone etc) and Request a PUK code. In alot of cases when you have PUK'd your phone, you will need a SIM Replacement, which you can get from the mobile Phone shops.

If you are trying to remove the network lock and have tried 3 times the phone is screwed and will need to be taken to a Nokia Care Center, they may charge.
