Try a new battery. If you have only one remote it could be your receiver that has quit or it could be that the remote has just failed. No way to tell for certain.

Sounds like your receiver has quit working. To program the remotes do this: Press and hold the button on the remote while you press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Do this for each remote. If this doesn't work your logic board is bad.

1 WIRE WITH RED TRACE

2 WHITE WIRES WITH NO TRACE

3 WIRE WITH GRAY OR BLACK TRACE

ALSO THE WIRE TO THE WALL CONTROL MUST BE WIRED CORRECTLY - DOUBLE CHECK - IT TELLS YOU WHITE AND RED TRACE OR 1 & 2

YES THE POLARITY MATTERS ON THE WALL CONTROL EVEN IF IT LOOKS LIKE JUST A DOORBELL BUTTON.

Hi,
Download a copy of the owners manual from www.managemyhome.com and look up remote programming. The process is pretty simple but you'll need a ladder to get up to the motor.
Report back so that we know how it worked out for you.

Garage door opener remote won't work

look for a smashed wire between the motor unit and the wall button.

If the wire is smashed the insulation becomes so thin that power will leak thru the insulation.

Loosen the staples with a small screwdriver and slide the wire about ½ inch to move any areas of thin insulation away from the staples.

The second thing would be a bad wall button or a remote with a sticking button.
Or a remote in someone’s purse that gets the button pushed by other stuff in the purse.

The test is to disconnect the push button wires at the power unit. If the interference stops you have located the problem. If you reconnect the wires and disconnect the wire at the wall button this will tell you if the problem is the wire or the button.
