Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Posted by Anonymous on
I unfortunately don't know this printer but in the bigger picture this problem type is generally caused by the exit sensor... usually this sensor is activated by a flag arm in the output bin, find the flag arm and you'll find the sensor... sorry but it's the best I can do...Either the sensor is dirty(use Canned air) bumped out of place(readjust its seated position) or it's dead and needs to be replaced... if this helps, please mark as FixYa!
