Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do I set up the call divert on our NEC DT300 Series phone so that all incoming calls are diverted to another land line? The info on the back of the phone is - NEC DT 300 Series DTL-24D-1A(BK) TEL...

I am not sure which country you are in, but in Australia your divert depends on your phone carrier not your model. If your carrier and call plan supports call forward you just dial their set number and follow the prompts to turn on or off.

Incoming calls go straight to voice mail. voice tells caller , not excepting calls. accidently push *53

Hi Patriciarn77,

This is happening because all your calls have been diverted to voicemail.
Go to your phone settings, then call settings. In the call divert menu, select 'cancel all diverts'.
When you have done that, you call diverts to voice mail would be inactive.

I hope that was helpful?
If it was please rate this answer to enable improve my ability to solve others problems. Have a wonderful day.

How to divert incoming calls to mobile when out of the office Have tried *7102then number followed by # but does not work?

*7102 followed by the ACCESS CODE then the number and STORE or ENTER, but your phone system has to be programmed to allow call forwarding off premise. The access code is usually "9" to get an outside line.

How do we divert incoming calls to our other office

go to Menu -> settings -> phone / call settings --> call management / call diver. Provide the criteria like when the call to be diverted (if busy/ if unreachable / roaming / etc) . But your network operator should allow this so as to enable call divert to other numbers.
