Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I don't know what conversion format to video is converted to. Also, there's a feature in the Settings menu called Format, and I was wondering what change that would make to the player. As far as the files I convert, they are .wmv & .mpeg which are supported by the player.
Did your player come with a software disk to control conversion and movement for files? There is a good chance the files you are trying to view are protected, thus it won't show. Right click on the files you are moving and check the properties and make sure they are not protected. If there are check in the boxes for hidden or read only REMOVE THEM, also if a statement shows them BLOCKED, click to REMOVER THE BLOCK. I believe the files you are using in WMV format are protected thus the reason you can't transfer them. Please try this and see if that works.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
