Ok, I am confused. How old is the TV? If new, hook the ariel directly into the tuner on the TV. The ATSM tuner in auto configure will identify and setup the channels with no need for a set top box. On old TV using an Analog Tuner will need a box. Antenna in goes to the antenna, antenna out goes to the F connector on the TV. Should be one coax connector on the TV. That is an F connector. Set the TV to channel 3 or 4 depending on what the switch is set on the back of the set top box.

If neither TV has a digital TV tuner, you will only be able to watch one channel on both TVs with one converter box. You will also need some sort of RF repeater if you want the person in the second room to change the station without moving the box. You will need a splitter/amplifier connected to the converter box TV out. (I'll assume you are using the coax out.) If you will only watch one TV at a time, then use an A/B switch on the converter box TV out.

If one of the TVs has a digital tuner, put the splitter/amplifier between the antenna and the converter box and the TV with the digital tuner.

Note: amplifier/splitters and switches do fail. If you get a "no signal" message, take out the splitter and connect the converter box directly to the antenna or one of the TVs depending on your set up.

No need,you must have only the antenna for internet,like smart broadband to watch online channel all you want to do is look only for the website that has an available online channel. It is also possible to installed a TV tuner to your computer but the antenna you will used is the antenna for TV(coaxial cable). The Antenna for internet and the TV tuner is separated, it is not the same antenna.

The wifi connection will allow you to access content via the Vizio Internet Apps (Netflix for example) but not tv broadcasts.
Your tv can access tv broadcasts (CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC) over the air but w/o an external antenna the signal and therefore the quality will probably be weak.
To access cable/direct tv/fios content you will need to connect the tv via a cable.

Hi, Yes you can buy a small device that is a TV Tuner Card which avarage around $50 more or less and some cards even have a recording ability that would be a little expensive, once you install the card and software, hook up your antenna (if none on the card) and follow the instructions to watch TV... Though if you have high speed internet you can also watch TV on the net, there are thousands of channels and you will find many links to softwares you buy to watch these channels, but the best is a free web site http://wwitv.com/portal.htm

The best way to watch live tvs on laptop requires the following.

1. Fast broadband connection.
2. Good configuration of laptop with a display good card.
This is in case you wish to watch live tv through internet.

Second option available to you is via tv tuner card. but that will make your laptop stuck to one location as through tv tuner card you cannot receive frequency via wifi.

You need to have a tv tuner to be able to watch tv. If the express card you have is a tv tuner, you'll have to run a cable from the laptop to your cable tv connection or set top box. You can't do it over the internet.
