You seem to have a very high resolution setting. This leads to very small font size and difficulty in reading the text, especially on web pages. To change resolution: 1. Switch on the computer. 2. Wait till the boot process complete. 3. Click (right button on mouse) anywhere on the desktop except where there are no icons. 4. A small pop up box opens. 5. At the bottom there will be properties. 6. Click ( left button on mouse) on properteis. 7. You will see another pop up box, which will say display properties. 8. Click ( left button on mouse) on settings tab. 9. Some where in the middle of the page that opens you will see screen resolution. There will be a slider which moves moves beteen less and more. Chances are that your slider is ket towards the end of more. 10. Bring this slider towards the center . You can click in the center or click and drag. Then click Ok. You may see another box saying it needs your permission to change resolution or will go back to original resolution. Select whichever option that will change the resolution to new one. The screen may blink or at times the computer may reboot. You will see that the fonts has now become bigger. Repeat the process if necessary till you find a resolution that is comfortable for you.

I am using a samsung monitor 17" size which is of 3 yrs old .. it worked fine for sometime, but after 2 yrs.. , when i booted up the system its screen seems to be faded( not possible to see properly)....

Try changing the resolution to a lower one. Try 1024x768 or 800x600 and see if you can read the text then. If you can't then its probably a video card driver issue and you would need to reinstall the video card drivers for your computer.

The issue could be if the Print jobs are stuck in queue and if spooler needs to be restarted. To resolve this issue I suggest you to go through below weblink which I am sure will address your issue:

E-mails print too small to read. New printer does same

Try placing you cursor on the text that you would like to print, hold the control key down then tap the PLUS key on the numerical pad a few times.
This should make your fonts larger so that they may print normally.

Cant print off compute

Hi Grubeman,

The issue seems to be with the printer drivers. To confirm whether the issue is with the printer drivers or with the application, try to print from all the other applications and check for the result.

I have two solutions for your issue.
1. Set "print directly to the printer" option
2. Alternate drivers.

To set the Print directly to the printer option, do the following steps.

1. Open the printer folder
2. Right click on the printer icon and select properties.
3. Click on the Advance tab and select "print directly to the printer" option.
4. Click apply and ok.
5. Nothing else, just try printing dear!!

The second solution, I will post, once I found that the above steps does not resolve your query...

Print is to small

Hi,

I have a solution for the issue which you are experiencing with.

As we do not have much information regarding the application from which you are trying to print, I suggest you to increase the font size while printing.

I believe, that you are experiencing the issue with Internet Explorer. If it is, so, please open an Internet Explorer window and click on View-->Text Size and select Medium which would resolve the issue.
