Please Help My 5520 bought in december 07 was sittion on the end table then decided to turn itself off now it will not turn back on. I took the battery out unpluged from the wall and let it sit for awhile, still nothing. The ac/dc adpter is a bit worm I am not sur if that has anything to do with it.... Please Help... Thank You
There might be problem with your power adaptor.

The best way is to ask them direct, but it looks like January 1972 if you go by the end number. or May in a year ending in 7, (07, 17) if you by the first.
I also had this problem. I changed the date to the next days date. It then changed back to the previous date (which was now the correct one) and so far it has stayed there... hope it works for you.
