This stop code, "0x0000000A irql_not_less_or_equal" normally refers to a driver problem. So this is one of the few times where the files that the BSOD lists actually is important. Next I would try to boot the computer into safemode and reinstall/drivers related to that file to see if this make a difference.

How to fix error code

Try this microsoft support document:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;314063

Stop error 0x0000000A (Stop 0x0A) shows that there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process internal request level (IRQL). This error usually occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error are an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, and incompatible software.

Basically a software or hardware incompatibility.
It offers some solutions that you may want to try

Keep getting an error message irql not less or equal and system reboots. what do i do

IRQL errors are generally software/driver induced.
1st see if you can boot to the safe mode (F8 at boot) and get into windows.
If you can try a system restore to before the issue started.
If you can't get into windows, try Fn + power and run diagnostics on the system, you may have a bad hard drive.

If you are getting the "irql_not_less_or_equal" BSOD after the install of the drivers then if is possible that you did not get a clean install of the drivers and/or there is something wrong with the device. To let me better see what is going on I need the stop code. The link below will help you get that info from the BSOD.

Note Window XP 64bit was a transition operating system to help manufactures to write 64bit drivers and software for the 64bit operating systems. However there is alot of products out there that eventhough they have Windows 7/Vista 64bit support they do not have XP 64bit support.

The blue background with the error message is called the blue screen of death (BSOD). Normally it means bad ram or hard drive, but here is a link for more info. Hope it helps.....Hank

Not able to complete windows xp setup

First let's try to "flash" the BIOS to correct the erroneous data crashes. Here's the link for the motherboard:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P4VM8

After flashing go back to the BIOS and setup the appropriate settings, after that reboot and try to load Windows. If this fails then possibly you may have faulty memory modules or they are not seated correctly in the motherboard, try swapping them, hopefully they are the same. I hope this helps.
