This is all the numbers I could find on the unit.
To listen to the movie through the car stereo system we tune the radio to 89.7. Lately every time a movie is played and listened to through the car stereo system there is a clicking sound it continues to click every 5 seconds or so for the duration of the movie. What is causing this and is there anyway to fix it?

How is the system connected? Are you using aftermarket amp or factory amp, check speaker wire from amp yo subwoofer, and volume levels kn the amp if aftermarket.
Just got this unit and had a similar issue, but mine was getting the iphone to play at all. On advice of the sales rep I bought the kit required to view movies with your iphone. The kit plug into the back of your radio using rca jacks and then utilizes the usb port. I can now use my iphone to play audio, movies and utilize i heart radio.
On the right side of the taskbar, right click, the sound icon, and click Playback Devices. Then select the speakers in your laptop and click set default, and then click OK. Hope that helped.
Is the speaker system set up in Windows as a 5.1 speaker system? If so, the problem with the sound is the program used to play the audio. For example if you are watching a movie and the player used does not support 5.1 then it will not play the audio properly. If the sound works correctly playing a game in 5.1 you should be able to figure it out from there.
