Question about GE Electrical Supplies
How do i replace a bad circuit breaker
First I hope you have a main disconnect in your panel. If not, you really should have an electrician do it. Ok with power off, remove cover. It depends on what mfg the breaker is, but in most residintial areas, you simply unplug the breaker from the buss bar, then continue to raise it and then withdraw the breaker from the real clip that attached it to the panel. You must also loosen the screw terminal to remove wires.
