Installaion of TavelScanPRO 2300U on laptop with OS XP

I have unused, new TravelScan PRO 2300 U and software CD v.3.4. My computer, Toshiba M115 does not recognize this scanner, when I tried to install it. I can't find driver for it. Software directs me to driver TrvlUsb.ds, but it is not available from CD. Instead it directs me to search it on the web. I can't find a driver that works with this scanner on my computer. I will appreciate your help with this problem

    Driver Guide you referred me to gives drivers for OS: Win95, Win98 and Win Me. My OS is Windows XP. I need driver for scanner TravelPro 2300 U, as indicated in my original message.

    I bought this driver fom Driver Guide,but this is for PCIMCIA and is not for USB connected scanner. My is USB as refered to the model TraveScan PRO 2300 U

    unfortunately you did not provide a driver for my TavelScanPRO 2300U. I do not want to spent money for purchasing a new scanner as is suggested in your last message. I know about this possibility. What I need is a driver for
    TavelScanPRO 2300U. The scanner, which I have. It looks like you do not have a solution for my problem. Thank you for your effort

guys I found the driver, apparently the company changed its name to Document Capture Technology. http://www.docucap.com/index.php?/downloads/index
However, it no longer have a link for downloading tat stupid sofware which allows you to manage the scan. so, rite now, my scanner is connected and everything but i can't get it to scan any documents.... can someone post the tat... pro scan manager? software

Driver cd missing.... oh no what to do?
Hey MichaelTBI,

I have been searching for some drivers for your TravelScan Pro 2300u. The odd thing is: I looked for the scanner and I found it's software (PCMCIA) on syscaninc.com and I looked for it's manufacturer (Ambir Technology) and I couldn't find this model.

So here's the link to the first thing:

I think they should work though. When I looked deeper on the Ambir Technology site I found this driver. It's a TWAIN driver for a few discontinued models such as the 2300u. It's listed on this page. Click link below to the exact download.

* TWAIN is a standard communication protocol between scanners etc. in case you wonder.

I hope this will help you out and save you a 3000 Miles trip ;)
