As you might have noticed, Adobe Flash was upgraded to a new version.
Your problem is caused by a setting in the Flash Player whose default value has been changed.
So here are he steps you need to take:

  1. Right click the flash movie in your page before going full screen
  2. Under Settings find "enable hardware settings"
  3. Uncheck the option
The reason this crash is caused is that older graphic cards don't support hardware acceleration, this setting used to be unchecked by default and now it isn't.
P.S. If this doesn't solve your problem, you just need to reinstall the driver for your graphic card.
I hope this is helpful, Traian

Use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen, if not there reset your screen setting to a higher resolution.

Is this problem on Google Chrome only? try microsoft browser and let me know the result, I would recommend a full scan of your system to rule out a virus. If it turns out Google Chrome is the problem uninstall the program and reboot the machine, now do a fresh install, it may fix the problem.

When i click on Google Chrome ,my screen goes black and when i try to uninstall it,the same thing happens

You can always try a 3rd party uninstaller. go to google and type in ccleaner. once it's downloaded run the installer. after you've installed it run the program and on the left side there is a button that says 'tools' click that. scroll down the list to google chrome. click uninstall. that should work! good luck. let me know if it still goes black

Login on some https:// websites and the Google Chrome screen goes completely white. A refresh will very briefly display the page before it goes blank again. This happens on the www.citicards.com website...

Have you tried another browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer? Do the website load okay? I tried the site you listed (citicards) and the site loaded just fine with Google Chrome. The Citibank website seems to be a particular loading problem for Chrome. And Extension may be the problem. Go to Tools, Extensions and delete extensions one by one until you no longer have the problem. Also try clearing your cache.
