If it will not run out of choke mode, then the carb is all gummed up inside. It will need to be removed, dismanlted and soaked in parts cleaner or tons of carb cleaner for an hour. Then air dried and reassembled. A bent needle and seat could also do this.

R and fuel pump choke oil light is on

So if you have a manual pump you have the 2.8 V6 engine.
The choke/oil warning light can be telling you there is a problem with the oil pressure in the engine or the electric choke for the carb.
The defrost won't work right with an ac compressor problem because the compressor runs in defrost mode to dry the air blowing onto the windshield.

93 gmc sonoma 4.3 V6 runs poorly & rich

No on the pressure regulator. You've changed more than enough friend. Except for ONE thing. Everything is connected to the computer. You said yourself it was running rich. That should have been the only clue you needed. When the engine is cold, the temperature sensor will place the engine into cold start mode, kinda like a choke. After warmed up, the sensor tells the computer to stop cold start mode and run at regular fuel delivery. Makes sense, right. You turn the choke off after warm-up. Now, IF the temp sensor is faulty, it can't tell the computer to stop cold start mode and keeps dumping excess fuel in when it isn't required. Therefore, the temp sensor would naturally be the culprit. Brilliant deduction my dear Watson. Go for it Brother. Later.

The air intake valve/choke on carberator/ fuel block will not funtion properly , open up, it is continuely closed chokeing no air intake, there is a vacume line not connected, on this carb, does it control...

Firstly, if it's fuel injected, there is no choke. That cold start mode is actuated by the computer. IF it has a carb on it, the choke is opened a little to keep it running with a vacuum line connected from the choke dashpot to the carb base when cold till warm-up, then a heat spring pulls the choke full open. Your gonna have to make up your mid as to whether it fuel injection or natural aspiration with a carburetor.

My weed eater will run with the full choke but want in half choke or run mode.

There may be a filter clogged.Check the gas tank for a filter on the gas line in the tank. Also inside the carb is a very small screen.Inspect the gas line and the primer bulb for small leaks. It may be hard to find but the oly reasons for it to act this way is restricted fuel flo or air getting in the fuel system.

I have a weedeater and that is thebrand name as well, the weedeater only starts up while in the full choke mode, when I take off the choke and give it some gas it dies everytime?

Likely you have gum buildup or a particle in the jets of the carb. Usually, you have to disassemble and clean, BUT you can try the old trick: pull the air cleaner, run the unit as fast as it can go, using choke or whatever makes it go, and then place palm over intake. Sometimes this will **** the obstruction out.

I have a briggs and stratton 14 hp ohv engine on my murray lawn mower it starts and runs good until i go to full throttle or engage the blades then it seems to flood out and start backfiring i can lower...

It sounds like you are putting it into choke mode. The choke is usually all the way up on tractors. And it will make it backfire and flood out. Just rev it high enough to work and don't go into the choke mode. hope this helps.

Mb 3200 gas leaf blower will start when choke

The carburetor could need rebuilding or you have some bad gas. I would mix up some 2 cycle oil and fresh gas from the station. I would try the new fuel mixture first.
Good Day.

Will only run in full choke mode

Try a fuel additive to clean the system, also if the airfilter is dirty or damp, this can cause problems.
You may even have a rust problem in the barrels.
Or even the engine oil may have thickened causing a resistance in the crank bearings, so flush the engines oil ways if other solutions don't work.
