Question about Canon imageRUNNER 5000 Copier
The error E069-000 is usually due to High Voltage DC card. However, it’s not always due to this. Please check the transfer and separator assembly. Also, check the connections on the back of the fuser unit. Inspect for any loose corona wire connections, there would be two insulator metal plates that if wears out will not allow transfer due to charge between crown wire and these insulator plates. Please note that resistance of this crown wire should be around 10K ohms, check it with a multimeter to be sure. Lastly, Check for the fuse at corona end you may need to replace it to resolve the issue.
Please post back for any further assistance. If you are satisfied please do accept the solution.
