Question about Frigidaire FGF316 Gas Kitchen Range
I have a 2001 model frigidaire Gallery gas range that was converted to propane. The flame size on the range top burners, particularly the large diameter burner is too small. It takes forever to boil a pot with a gallon of water. Can the flame size be increased? It looks like there is an adjustmant device at the back of the stove, accessable from the front if you pull out the bottom drawer.

If it is new fromt the factory, you many have the natural gas (methane) jets in the burners. You will need to check your bag of parts to find the propane parts (LP parts). LP jets allow a different fuel/air mixture to burn at the right heat. Check the owner's manual for details how to make the change.
Please rate me - Good luck.
