Try this to get it at-least back on with your PSU that fits in the case. open up your computer case, locate your power supply. With the AC cord still plugged in , unplugged the connectors to your motherboard from the PSU and wait about 10secs. Then replugged them in. This should power on your PC.
Also, You wanna check around where the PSU connects to the motherboard and make sure there is no damage. No burning,Discoloration anything that could be potential damage.
Hope this works atleast to get the PC booting up.

PC Power Issue

It does sound like a psu problem, if you are comfortable with opening your pc then (remember to use anti static wrist band rubber matting etc) and remove the psu and give it a good dusting (as the dust does collect in on the fan and inside the unit itself (please be careful when working with this unit as it is a power unit and can be dangerous) put unit once cleaned back into the pc making sure you reconnect everything carefully. (if you are not sure rather take it to a professional as you can do some serious damage to your mother board and or peripherals. but this should give a few more boot ups ultimately you could replace it with a new PSU.

My computer wont start up. The power supply light flashes green when plugged in then red. But still nothing , can someone please help?

Try a Power Supply Unit (PSU) Reset: Unplug the electrical cable from the wall and the PSU (Back of Computer)
Move the red voltage selector to the opposite position it is in and then slide it back. If you live in the USA 120Vac to 220Vac back to 120Vac
After you have done this you can plug the power cable back into the PSU. Connect the power cable to the wall power. If the PSU is still serviceable it will no longer be blinking.

Standby blinking green button went off and now cannot turn on. cord connection ok and eveything unplugged that might interfere

I guess your power supply died. try to disable the power supply and enable it again (switch behind the tower) otherwise you should get it checked out by a professional.

Pc power supply,

Must be a poor quality PSU. Sometimes it can be rebranded. Try another PSU. Sometimes a PSU takes out a mobo too

The tower wont turn on

Check your power supply. Most common reason for your problem is that the psu has died. Also near your main psu connection on the motherboard should be a little led light. If your board is getting a proper power connection/supply that light should be green. If not it will either be off or red. If it is green then the problem may be your motherboard. If it is red or off then it is most likely a bad psu. Replace with a compatible psu & you should be back up & running. Hope this helps.

No power

Kindly check the cable that is put in your PSU or on/off switch. Maybe you accidentally put it off. If you have Multi Tester you can check the PSU (Power Supply Unit) if there is conection in your PSU.
