I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!! INFACT I JUST SPENT $39.00 TO PURCHASE NEW SOFTWARE FROM JVC AND I STILL CAN'T INSTALL THE SOFTWARE ON MY VISTA OPERATING SYSTEM.....
