I cannot hear the voice of incoming calls. And there doesn't seem to be any volume control other than ringer volume.

There is no microphone volume or handset speaker volume control. None at all. Call volume is apparently an inherent problem with this model. Wish I had done more research before buying the unit and two other handsets. I've received numerous complaints that I sound faint, whether on the handset or the speakerphone. Called Panasonic....useless. They could only suggest I remove the batteries and reset, which did nothing to improve the volume. Spread the word...
