hello there! i can help you with your problem. just follow these easy steps: 1. turn off your mobile phone.2. remove the battery, sim card, and memory card ( if you do have ) of the mobile phone.3. wait for 15 mins.4. after 15 mins of waiting, put in back the battery, sim card and the memory card. wipe first the sim card and memory card before putting in.5. turn on your phone.
