My tiger shark will not move. The tracks or rollers turn, but the gears do not seem to engage. I cleaned the filter and checked for checked to see if anything was stuck in the gears. Any suggestions, the nearest repair center is 800 mlies away

I have a tiger shark one and half years old. it turns on, can hear the motor going and it will move and clean regularily anywhere from 20 sec to 5 minutes. but then will get stuck in one spot. the motor...

The motor pack is having trouble and will need to be replaced (most likely). For help finding a service center that can perform the inspection and repairs check Hayward's site at http://www.haywardnet.com/locator/ and fill in the information requested. Be sure to select product repair or service and robotic cleaners to limit the response to those able to fix these cleaners. We are in S.E. Michigan and are one of the centers for Tiger Shark cleaners.

My tiger shark pool cleaner will run for about 30 sec. then shut off. how can i fix this problem?

The pool cleaners impeller may be clogged or jammed with debris. Check and clean if necessary. The brush rollers or drive tracks could also be stuck. Check for debris and remove. It is most likely one of these problems if it is shutting off after only seconds of running. If these don't seem to be the problem, I would check your power source.

Tiger shark has bubbles coming out of top but will not move

Something is caught in the tracks that make it move. Look under the blue track that move it. I had the same problem and found a rubber swim mask headband all caught in the tracks. I had to take the side panel off...6 screws on the inside you can see when you take the filter out and removed it and now it works fine.

Tiger shark just doesnt clean very well

I the filter is not very clean the pump will not push hard enough to hold the tracks onto the walls. Try running without filter in a very clean pool for a few minutes to see if it solves the climb walls replace the filter and clean the unit
