"disconnected cable, please confirm connect"

i had my new kvt 719 in my eclipse for a bit and one day i started to recieve a message, "disconnected cable, please confirm connect"! i do all i can to fix the dvd play possible and it dont work...any ideas please help....

do you getta dvd picture...i get sound only but no pic....????
