Remove the black cartridge and keep only the color cartridge in, and check the message. Now remove teh color cartridge and insert only the black cartridge in, and check the message. This should give an idea about which cartridge has a problem.

you need to replace one or both of your cartridges with new ones if you have the old you can check , what cartridge couse the error and you can refill the old one like this
This can be a result of Wrong Cartridge. The models of the cartridge is not the ones which are supported normally by the printer. Every Printer has its own models of cartridges to use. The last reason which can be is that the Printer Head is faulty. Replace the Printer Head.
