If you're talking about the fill tube sticking in the latched position (not dropping), it's probably due to a sticking flush cable. Call Fluidmaster and they'll sen a replacement part.

I noticed this same problem on mine. I took it out and inspected the assembly. I noticed the bottom rubber seal had swollen to where it jams up on the side of the housing whenever the stopper is in the up position. Rubber seal absorbing water over time, then eventually getting stuck every once in a while? Now, to find out if fluidmaster knows about this issue and if they have a fix for this.

Fluidmaster 2sdbl keeps running after flush

turning the water shutoffs off and one can cause debris/sand/grit to move around in the lines. Check the seal for grit, rub your finger along the inside where the seal is. Lift up the overflow tube and run finger along the bottom , better, get an old toothbrush , cut off most of the handle and "brush" the bottom of the seal, then turn the brush around and brush up on the part that closes down on the seal when you let the overflow tube go

Fluidmaster Dual Flush Valve S2DBL won't flush.

Fluidmaster S2DBL Dual flush valve - would not flush
The dual flush wouldn't work at all. So I slid the lid off part B (lever mounting base) and found the ball end of flush cable was not in the mating hole on lever arm. With needle nose pliers I pulled and pushed the ball into the hole and slide lid back on till it snapped. Snapped B to C (handle) - problem solved!

I have cleaned the toilet seat in hot water and the plastic glued stoppers for the seat have fallen off and the glue has become hard. Where do I get new stoppers from.

Hi seacenter30

Why buy new seat stoppers when all they need is just re-glueing.
Get yourself a cheap hot glue gun (HomeDepot,Lowes,WalMart, etc) and a couple of hot glue sticks and apply the hot glue to the rubber/plastic stoppers and hold them into position on the toilet seat lid till the glue sets, just takes about 20 seconds...
Then the toilet seat will be good to go again...pardon my pun...:-)
Please take time to rate me thumbs up

Removing arm on#88592 to stick thru side of tank

If you are referring to the flush knob, the nut is reverse threaded. Remove the nut, then swing the arm to the left, and pull straight out of the tank.
