Question about Watches

I would contact rado and ask them to have a look as it could be its defective.

These are not usual with this type of watch. I sell fine jewelry for a living and have for many years we carry Rado along with several high end brands. I suggest finding a certified watch maker or asking around for someone local to you and having the crystal replaced with a sapphire crystal and this should at least fix that problem.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
